Ciastlins

You arrive at the Sennes refuge, but it is the Ciastlins track that needs to be experienced

6 hours to Sennes Possibility of having lunch at the Munt de Sennes and Sennes refuges With the bus to Creta lake (10 min from San Vigilio)

The Ciastlins track is uphill, but it is well made with steps and bridges. The special feature of this itinerary is that there are many waterfalls which make the hike refreshing (no bathing however)
