Next evolution

Saturday will be mainly sunny with a few harmless clouds. Sunday will see a mix of sunshine and high clouds. Monday will begin with high fog in some areas, otherwise sunshine will predominate. On Tuesday, thicker clouds will appear during the course of the day and there may be light snowfall on the main Alpine ridge in the afternoon.

Weather in the mountains

Humid and cold air masses.
Clouds will increasing everywhere during the morning. In the afternoon it will start to snow lightly from the west and by the evening the snowfall will spread to all mountain ranges. Between 10 and 15 cm fall on the alpine crest and the Ortler, otherwise only a few centimetres.

Mountain weather tomorrow

A north-westerly high-altitude current will continue to bring polar air masses towards the Alpine region. On the southern side of the Alps, it will be foehn again.
Morning snow showers will quickly subside and the weather will clear up. Sunshine will predominate in the southern mountain ranges. On the mountains on the alpine crest, denser clouds will persist at times and towards the evening it may snow lightly.
